             Greetings from Vivekananda Kendra Rural Development Programme.            

             Every year Swami Vivekananda’s Mahasamadhi day on 4th July is 

celebrated as Vivekananda Kendra workers day.  During this day Anna Pooja 

and Cultural programmes by the Vivekananda Kendra workers will be held.

            Rice collected by the Vivekananda Kendra workers from Kanyakumari and 

Tirunelveli districts will be heaped and (nearly 20 tons) in the centre the Statue of 

Anna Poorna Devi will be kept over the rice.  Anna Poorna Sthothram sung by 

Adisankarar and the Eleventh chapter of the Bhagavath Gita will be chanted by all 

the people.

            We invite you with your family members to participate in this great 

yagna. We hope this year you should come with your family members and 

stay in our campus and encourage our workers and see the different program of 

Anna pooja.
